How Long does it take for my order to ship?
"Our goal is to ship orders within 1-3 business days. During our busier season (November through March), lead times may be slightly longer. If order volumes cause delays, we'll post a notice on our website to keep you informed. Need your order expedited? Just reach out—we'll do everything we can to accommodate you."
Do you have a Catalog?Â
"We don't currently offer a physical catalog, but we've designed a simple online catalog for easy browsing and a basic product overview pamphlet that we can mail to you upon request."
Where can I find my tracking info?
"Tracking information is automatically emailed to you after your purchase is complete. If you can't find the email, you can log into your account to view your tracking details, or click the chat button on our website's home page and provide your order information for assistance."
Do you ship to Canada?
"Yes, we do! Orders to Canada need to be manually processed, so calling in your order is the best method. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply to international orders."

"Yes! Our signature free shipping on orders over $50 applies to all products we sell, including rock panels."
Do you provide volume discounts?
"We do! Orders over $750 receive a 5% discount, and orders over $1,500 receive 8% off. These discounts apply to all products and are automatically applied at checkout."

Scholarship program
The Keith and Claudia Davis Youth Scholarship is designed specifically to support youth in taxidermy. Each year, we dedicate $5,000 to help young artists pursue their passion by providing training, tools, and other essentials they need to develop their craft. In addition to this annual commitment, all merchandise profits (Hats, Shirts, Hoodies) are directly contributed to the program. With every purchase, you're helping us support the next generation of taxidermists.
